See what your photos reveal before you share them.
Every photo carries hidden data: where it was taken, which phone and apps touched it, and whether AI was involved. Check it, then remove what you don't want to share — without changing a single pixel.
iPhone HEIC photos and video are next. Get one email when they're supported — nothing else.
This file says AI was involved — that is likely why it was labeled.
- Its DigitalSourceType field says it was partly generated or edited with AI (compositeWithTrainedAlgorithmicMedia).
- It carries content credentials (C2PA) that name Photoshop.
- It also reveals: the GPS location where it was taken, camera Apple iPhone 15 Pro.
Not "cleaned". Here's exactly what changed.
Every photo gets a segment-by-segment receipt. You see each block in the file, what it says, and whether it stayed or went.
| OFFSET | MARKER | SEGMENT | SIZE | WHAT IT SAYS | RESULT |

Same pixels. Less to share.
Illustrative examples. Left: what the file carried before. Right: the same file after cleaning. The image itself never changes.
Your photo remembers more than you think.

What can photo metadata reveal?
Usually the GPS location where the photo was taken, the phone or camera model, the exact time, the software used to edit it and, increasingly, whether AI features were used. The scan shows you exactly what your file contains.
How do I know my photo isn't uploaded?
Load the page, turn off Wi-Fi, and clean a photo. It still works, because everything happens in your browser.
Will removing metadata change how a platform labels my photo?
Only if the label came from metadata — the scan shows you whether it did. Platforms can use other signals and change their methods without notice. A label on a post that is already live stays until you repost.
Does it work with HEIC or video?
Not yet. Export HEIC photos as JPEG first. Video is not supported.
